Séance Protocol: Blackout Zone

At the heart of the experience lies a full séance, performed in total darkness, where an open channel is created between our world and another.

  • Once the séance begins, no light of any kind may enter the space. This includes:

    • Phones

    • Flashlights

    • LED jewelry, watches, shoes

    • Glow-in-the-dark clothing or accessories

All such items will be confiscated and secured prior to entering the séance.

Each participant is issued a red card at the beginning of the experience.

Arrival Instructions

  • Held at Planet Ant Theatre, 2320 Caniff St, Hamtramck, MI. Parking is available on the street and in nearby lots. The venue includes a bar (Ghost Light)

  • The library next door also allows our guests to use its lot outside of normal library business hours.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get oriented. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the experience has begun.

Duration

The full experience runs approximately 75–90 minutes, depending on choices made during the show.

Cade Willamon’s Real Ghost Adventures is the latest in a long line of boundary-pushing productions — a fully immersive, choose-your-own-path paranormal experience. Dozens of Detroit artists have contributed to the show’s design, performance, puzzles, audio, and effects. No two performances are exactly alike.
