Farm Teams are ensemble-based teams composed of creators that have been selected through auditions. These teams serve as a bridge between training and professional-level performance, giving newer performers the chance to gain experience and grow within the Planet Ant community.
π What Do Farm Teams Do?
Rehearse regularly with a coach or director
Perform live shows, often weekly or monthly, at Planet Antβs stages
Develop original material
Collaborate with peers to build cohesive ensemble work
Occasionally participate in special events, festivals, or showcases
π Auditions
Auditions are held periodically, typically once a year in September, and are open to:
Those who are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to grow as artists
Auditions may include:
Group warm-ups
Short-form and long-form improv scenes
Interviews
